himjmw This is one of the most exciting songs I have heard in years . There is a slight resemblance to a young Jewel Kilcher but the quality of this song surpasses many of Jewels early offerings- and that’s saying something . Hope to see it performed live next year with Crispin’s guitar licks giving it the real Americana folk sound that has that little bit of haunt about it .

Burden 03:41
I am a liar if I say that I don't bleed But I'm afraid that my admission of my needs might look a little bit like greed. I am a liar if I say that I don't see Every callus on your heart that's growing deeper every time you carry me. Can you share the burden? Can you walk within my shoes? I can see your back is breaking but my weary bones are too. Can you keep your arms around me? Can you whisper in my ear? All the stories of adventures that we took before we ended up out here. I know the year is passing and I know that it's not fair, That it led us both astray inside this maze all full of anger and despair. Can you share the burden? Can you read the moonlight home? I can see your eyes are fading but I just can't bear to be alone. In the summer night is fickle As it's flirting with the dawn, Painting shapes on the horizon in the colours of the never ending sun. But I still need the respite, the cosmic kiss to sleep. I need the gentle arms of darkness to take the pressure off my feet. Can you share the burden, For a season longer please? I can see your heart is heavy but I really need you here with me. Can you share the burden, Just a little longer please? I can see your heart is heavy but I really need you here with me.
